Refund Policy

1. Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment processing or transaction fees) if a written cancellation request is submitted before the commencement of the project.

A project is considered “commenced” once any of the following occurs:

  • Initial consultation or strategy session has been conducted
  • Project planning or research has begun
  • Editing, formatting, design, or development work has started
  • A project team has been assigned and internal resources have been allocated

2. Partial Refund

If a client chooses to cancel after the project has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion of the payment.

The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds will only cover services that have not yet been delivered or initiated.
  • Any completed work, drafts, concepts, editing, formatting, design, Publishers setup, or marketing services already performed are non-refundable.
  • The company retains the right to calculate the value of completed work and deduct those charges from the total amount paid.

3. No Refunds After 90 Days

No partial or full refund will be issued for any project payment made 90 days or more after the original payment date.

This policy applies regardless of project status, inactivity, or client response delays. Clients are encouraged to maintain active communication to avoid project stagnation.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be granted for a change of mind once the project has commenced.

Publishers services require allocation of professional time, creative effort, and internal resources. Therefore, once work has begun, payments become subject to the partial refund policy described above.

5. Completed Services

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed editing or proofreading services
  • Finalized book cover designs
  • Completed formatting files
  • Published or distributed books
  • Marketing campaigns that have already launched
  • Third-party service fees (including but not limited to printing, ISBN purchases, advertising spend, or platform distribution fees)

5. Refund Requests

If you have concerns regarding a refund, you must submit a formal written request to our support team.

All refund requests will:

  • Be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Be evaluated based on project stage and work completed
  • Require verification of payment and project details

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with financial institutions.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of the project
  • Legal action if applicable
